A slice of Bengal in the Tri-valley Proposal for License, Insurance Needs, Payments All vendors must provide proof of business license and liability insurance (with as co-insured) that is valid till September 24, 2017 to by September 22, 2017. 70%-100% of payment during booking and 100% by 31st Aug 17. Checks payable to. Stalls Stalls will be reserved after receiving the check. Stalls will be allocated on a first come first served basis. decides the stall allotments will provide basic stalls that includes a table, two chairs, and required lighting. Vendors are responsible for any additional setups, and their take-downs too. Banners decides the banner placements. All banners are to reach by September 21, 2017 (Thurs). If the banner is unreasonably large, may refuse to put it up. In that case, the vendor must ask for money refund by writing to no later than before 7 days of the event. Food Trucks Trucks are to be parked only on locations designated by. There is no provision for electricity and sewerage lines. Miscellaneous cannot be held responsible for any thefts or losses. Vendors must clean up their spaces at the end of the event and return the facility as they got it. Food vendors and food trucks must take back the toxic wastes to discard them at appropriate places.
