Consulting for the City of San Antonio on civil trial issues related to Polygraph. Consulted the Cities of Seguin, Laredo and San Marcos, the counties of Hays, Uvalde and Guadalupe in sponsoring and developing polygraph testing policies and procedures. Received certification as a senior examiner by the Department of Defense Polygraph Institute now know as NCCA.

Coordinated and implemented the first International Polygraph School for the State Department at the Texas Department of Public Safety. Instructed and trained 22 Mexican Nationals for the Policia Federal Preventiva. (PFP) and was awarded the Distinguished Faculty Award by the school director. Received recognition by the Federal Bureau of Investigations for the efforts in coordinating, training and conducting the school. In addition to the 22 students an invitation was extended by the Policia Federal to train 50 additional polygraph examiners at Mexico City. Assisted and consulted the Policia Federal in starting their very first Basic Polygraph Examiners Course accredited by the American Polygraph Association. Current instructor and owner of the APA accredited Veridicus International Polygraph Academy that now providing training in Mexico City in Conjunction with the Instituto Politecnico Nacional (IPN). Iraq Served as a contractor with MVM Inc. to train polygraph examiners in Iraq for the Department of Defense. Assisted in the training of officers with the Iraqi Ministry of Interior, Iraqi Ministry of Defense. Trained new examiners in instrument operations, interrogations, best vetting practices, interviewing potential suspects and nstructing polygraph techniques and procedures. Providng Intern Sponsor training for the San Marcos Police and the Guadalupe County Sheriff s departments.
