Coordinated and implemented the first International Polygraph School for the State Department at the Texas Department of Public Safety. Instructed and trained 22 Mexican Nationals for the Policia Federal Preventiva. (PFP) and was awarded the Distinguished Faculty Award by the school director. Received recognition by the Federal Bureau of Investigations for the efforts in coordinating, training and conducting the school. In addition to the 22 students an invitation was extended by the Policia Federal to train 50 additional polygraph examiners at Mexico City.
