Eligible Professionals How can the West Virginia Health Information Network (WVHIN) assist you in meeting Meaningful Use requirements? The charts below define Stage 1 & Stage 2 Meaningful Use objectives associated with the electronic exchange of patient and describe how WVHIN services can assist eligible providers (EPs) in meeting Meaningful Use objectives. Table A addresses Stage 1 requirements and Table B addresses Stage 2 requirements. Table A.
