S.N0 Original Clause 1. Clause 2.7.11 (viii) It is desirable that 80 percent of the key staff including team leader proposed be permanent employee of the Applicant/ member of a Consortium and have an extended and stable working relation with it. If any of the key professionals proposed is not a permanent employee of the Applicant/ member of a Consortium, a certificate from the key personal proposed and the firm he actually belongs to must be furnished clearly mentioning his availability for the duration of the Assignment. In the absence of such certificate, his/ her CV will not be considered for evaluation. 2. Clause 2.18.1 List of minimum key personnel/ staff Team Leader: The team leader should be a Graduate in civil Engineering/ Planning with Post graduate in Management with an extensive and varied experience in handling large scale projects. Minimum of total 15 years of experience in Infrastructure projects. Lead the team in advising Central or State Governments in at least 5 project/ program management related to large infrastructure projects of similar nature. Revised Clause The key personnel proposed must be permanent full time employee of the firm. Sub-consultants who are not employed on a permanent basis by the firm will not be acceptable as key staff. DFC and Indian Railways. The consultant shall suggests suitable alignment options for ensuring rail connectivity from IMLH with existing rail network and also with DFC along with the provision of reception and dispatch yard for proper connections within the rail system.. The assessment of rail connectivity in terms of alignment of the siding, take-off point from Indian Railways, existing and proposed infrastructure required for the rail connectivity shall be technically feasible and implementable. The consultant shall review and evaluate the feasibility of rail connectivity by undertaking field surveys, as required, to identify structures/obstruction and other important details/features along with various proposed alignment and other connections.
