Entrepreneurs Programme driving growth, capability & competitiveness of SME s at the firm level Industry innovation & competitiveness agenda Business focussed Individual engagement National network of more than 100 experienced private sector Advisers and Facilitators

Entrepreneurs Programme service streams 1. Accelerating Commercialisation find the right commercialisation solutions and connections to bring novel products, processes or services to market Commercialisation Advisors Commercialisation Guidance Expert Networks - portfolio for high-potential Australian businesses undertaking early stage commercialisation activities to connect with investors, other entrepreneurs, domain experts, supply chains and strategic corporations Grants of up to $1 million may also be available for up to 50 per cent of eligible project costs

Entrepreneurs Programme service streams 2. Innovation Connections Broker connections with research, knowledge and technology organisations to innovate Innovation Facilitators + Referrals + Links and tailored reports + Grants Researcher Placement: placement of a Researcher in the business to work collaboratively on a specific Innovation Connections project in order to develop and implement a new idea with commercial potential (up to a maximum of $50,000) Business Researcher Placement: placement of a Participants own research employee into a Publicly Funded Research Organisation to work collaboratively on a specific Innovation Connections project and access to research infrastructure (up to a maximum of $50,000) Graduate Placement: the employment of a graduate or post graduate into the Participant s business to undertake a specific Innovation Connections project collaboratively with a Publicly Funded Research Organisation (up to a maximum of $30,000)

Entrepreneurs Programme service streams 3. Business Management Provide advice and facilitation services to improve business capabilities and networks Business Evaluation: Independent, industry experienced advisers undertake an evaluation of your business and provide a tailored plan of action, to improve your business performance. Supply Chain Facilitation: Supplier Improvement Plans identify areas of weakness and opportunity, and provide practical recommendations to assist your business to enhance its existing capability and capacity, and improve your business performance within a specific supply chain. Growth Services: Assist businesses who have growth opportunities by supporting them, over an engagement period of up to two years, to develop and embed the capabilities, strategies and connections to capitalise on their growth. Business Growth Grants: Financial assistance to embed change within your business. Funding can be used to engage a consultant/s of your choice to make improvements to your business that are recommended by your Adviser or Facilitator.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Operating in Australia 3 years in business Incorporated & ACN Solvent Annual turnover or operating expenditure of $1.5M and $100M in current or past 2 years Operating in 1 of 5 key industry sectors Not for Individuals, Partnerships Government Entities or Trusts (other than incorporated trustees) PLUS Enabling Technologies and Services of the sectors listed above e.g. freight & logistics, infrastructure related construction, digital technologies, ICT & professional services
