Cathedral City is bought by nearly 60% of UK households every year. Clover is the UK s No.1 dairy spread. Frylight is the Uk s no.1 oil brand. A world-class supply chain Our farmers play a vital role in our world-class cheese supply chain, with 100% of the milk we buy coming direct from nearly 400 farmers in the South West of England. A business with huge potential We have now completed our investment at our Creamery in Davidstow, Cornwall to make demineralised whey and GOS (galactooligosaccharide). We have partnered with Fonterra, the world s leading dairy exporter, to market and sell these products on our behalf, for the high-growth, high-margin global infant formula market.
