To continue the excitement on Thursday November 2nd cartoonist/illustrator, Josh Rosen, will be sharing the graphic novel process. Entries will be judged by members of your own community so be sure to get busy -- this is your contest! The contest is open to children in grades 1 to 12 who live in or go to school in Cobourg or Hamilton Township. The deadline for submissions is Saturday, November 25th, 2017.
