JOBS The tab gives you the ability to: View current and previous job postings Edit or refresh postings Post new positions Remove positions that have been filled Note: This feature may only be available for Administrators depending on your organization s settings. 1. Status: The tab will default to show only Active positions. You may view Inactive postings or All statuses using the links to the left side of the page. 2. Post a Job: To post a job, you may click the orange Post a job button on the left side of the page. To learn more about posting a job, see page 11. 3. Job Listing Details: From the tab, you are able to see the following information: Job Title: The job title that displays to the applicants will be visible. You may click on the title to edit information within your job posting. Location: This is the location where the job is advertised. Open Date: The Open Date will display the date the posting was originally posted. Total Applications: This will display the number of applications that have been received for this posting. Activate: You may use this activation switch to turn your posting On or Off. To change the activation status of your posting, slide the button to display On or Off. There are two ways to access your job postings: Dashboard Locate the section on your Dashboard and click the Post a job button to start the process. Tab Click on l ocated on the toolbar at the top of the page. After clicking the Post a job button, you will see a page that will walk you through the process of building your job posting. +Building Your Job Posting Our Job posting wizard will help you to complete your job advertisement by asking you to enter pertinent information regarding the position. The following section will explain each component of the job posting. 1. Create Your Job Posting Enter the job title you would like to display to potential applicants. Select your Industry from the Industry dropdown. (Optional) Enter the Wage for this position. It is recommended that you enter the wage as applicants want to know this information when they seek job opportunities. 2. Locations Your current list of locations will display in this section. If you would like to post for one of these locations, select it from the list that displays. 3. Schedule Give your applicant an idea of the potential schedule for this position by selecting Part time or Full time. 4. Minimum Qualifications (Optional) Check the box to the left of any qualification that you would like to display on the job posting. Select all that apply. 5. Job Description Enter a job description you would like to display to potential candidates. If you need help with your job description, you may click Generate job description which will create a description based on the information gathered from the above job posting components. 6. Additional Information (Optional) This field gives you the ability to add any additional information regarding your company or the position for which you are posting. After completing the Job posting wizard, click the Post my job button at the bottom of the page to activate your position. Note: If your organization uses the Visuality Assessment score to sort candidates on the Applicants tab, please contact Customer Support at support@snag.co to finalize the posting with the addition of the Visuality position code. +Editing a Job To edit a currently active posting, click on the job title. Modify the information you would like to change. Click Update Posting at the bottom of the page. +Refreshing a Job Refreshing a job can help to increase application flow on postings that have been posted for a while and may be hard to fill. To refresh a currently active job posting follow the below steps: Locate the job you d like to refresh on the tab. Slide the Activate button to the left so that it displays OFF. Then, slide the Activate button to the right so that it displays ON again. Note: The Open Date on the posting will not change on the tab, however, when applicants are searching for positions, it will appear that your position was posted on that day. +Removing a Job To remove or deactivate a posting follow the below steps: Locate the job you d like to deactivate on the tab.
