TUBĄDZIN DESIGN AWARDS 2017/2018 REGULATIONS The way we design our immediate environment, our world, influences our nature. The international competition Tubądzin Design Awards 2017/2018 is the second edition of the competition which aims to determine the best examples in categories connected with contemporary architecture and design. I. GENERAL INFORMATION 1. These Regulations set forth the terms and conditions of the conduct of the competition entitled Tubądzin Design Awards 2017/2018, hereinafter referred to as the Competition. Any promotional and advertising materials shall be purely informational. 2. The Organiser of the Competition is Tubądzin Management Group Sp. z o. o., with its registered seat in Cedrowice, at Parcela 11 (95-035 Ozorków), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under entry number 0000286217. 3. The Competition is coordinated by Jobdone marketing & sales support, with its registered seat in Puszczykowo (62-040 Puszczykowo), at ul. Czarna 4/2, entered into the Central Registry and Information on Business Activities, with REGON [National Business Registry Number] 301493060 and with NIP [Tax Identification Number] 777-135-90-62, hereinafter referred to as the Coordinator. The Coordinator's obligations shall include: a) coordination of activities within the framework of the Competition; b) cooperation with the Organiser on the conduct of the Competition; c) ensuring of the proper operation of the Competition Website; d) conduct of the gala recapitulating the Competition. 4. The Giver of the Main Awards and Stage Awards, as defined in Article 919 of the Civil Code, shall be Tubądzin Management Group Sp. z o. o. 5. The Organiser hereby represents that the Competition Tubądzin Design Awards 2017/2018 is not a game of chance, raffle, pari-mutuel betting, promotional lottery, game with a random outcome, or any other form contemplated in the Act of 19 November 2009 on Games of Chance (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 201, item 1540, as amended) and in the implementing regulations thereof. II. DEFINITIONS Whenever the following terms occur herein, they shall have the following meanings for the purposes of the Competition: Individual Participant an adult natural person fully capable of entering into legal transactions who fulfils the condition referred to in Part V(2) hereof. Group Participant a team of no fewer than two adult natural persons fully capable of entering into legal transactions who fulfil the condition referred to in Part V(2) hereof. Design a work submitted to the Competition that meets all requirements hereof. Design Status degree of completion of a submitted Design. There shall exist three types of Statuses in the Competition: Page 1 of 10

Completed Design status denoting an existing Design the implementation of which has been completed as of the date of submission to the Competition. Ongoing Design status denoting a Design which has been partially implemented by the date of conclusion of the stage at which it was submitted. Conceptual Design status denoting a Design the implementation of which has not commenced by the date of conclusion of the stage at which it was submitted. Project building or interiors the Design of which has been submitted for participation in the Competition. Competition Finale formal gala recapitulating all stages, during which the winners of the Final Awards will be announced from among the finalists. Final Awards awards given to the winners of the Competition Finale. Stage Awards awards given to the winners of individual stages of the Competition. Products all products of the Tubądzin Group contained on the websites www.tubadzin.pl, www.ceramika-domino.pl and www.ceramika-arte.pl as of the date of submission of a Design. Website the Competition website, located at: www.tubadzin.pl/design. Application Form Design submission sheet, available on the Website upon registration and login. III. COMPETITION STAGES 1. The Competition shall be international and last from from 30 th October 2017 to 18 th July 2018. 2. The Competition shall be divided into 3 stages: a) Stage I from 30 th October 2017 to 31 st January 2018; b) Stage II from 1 st February 2018 to 30 th April 2018; c) Stage III from 1 th May 2018 to 31 st July 2018 3. Within 4 months from the announcement of the winners of Stage III, a formal gala and announcement of the final results and the Competition winners shall be held. IV. JURY COMPOSITION The Jury appointed by the Competition Organiser, who shall evaluate the Designs submitted to the Competition, shall be comprised of: I. Dorota Koziara Head of the Jury; II. Boris Kudlička, III. Małgorzata Szczepańska, IV. Maciej Mańkowski V. Tomasz Smus. V. COMPETITION PARTICIPANTS 1. The Competition is aimed at professional architects, interior decorators or designers, and at students of subjects connected with architecture, interior decoration, or design. Page 2 of 10

2. Any person who either practices architecture, interior decoration or design as a profession, or is a student of a subject connected with architecture, interior decoration or design, may become a Participant in the Competition. 3. The Participants in the Competition may include Individual Participants and Group Participants. 4. A Participant in any of the Competition categories may submit any number of works. 5. A Participant may participate in any number of the Competition stages. 6. A Participant/Participants in the Competition may only present in the Competition their own works to which they hold full copyrights. 7. No employees or persons cooperating under any legal relationship with the Organiser, Coordinator or other entities participating in the organisation and conduct of the Competition may participate in the Competition. 8. Resignation from participation in the Competition shall be possible via the Website. Upon clicking the option delete account, available in the my account panel, the procedure of deleting all of the Participant's submitted works and data shall be initiated. 9. A person who has resigned from his or her participation in the Competition shall lose all of his or her privileges connected with being a Participant in the Competition, including any achieved statuses of a stage winner and/or finalist. VI. COMPETITION TASK AND CATEGORIES 1. The Competition task shall be the submission of Designs pertaining to architecture, interior decoration and/or design and using Tubądzin Products published on the websites www.tubadzin.pl, www.ceramika-domino.pl and www.ceramika-arte.pl as of the date of submission of the Design. 2. Designs may be submitted in the following categories: a) Young Power student-dedicated category; b) Everyday Design category dedicated to designers who work at retail shops. Scope: individual interiors; Builder: private; the following types of spaces may be submitted in the Everyday Design category: I. bathroom, II. living room, III. kitchen, IV. others; c) Unlimited Architecture category dedicated to architects and designers. Designs concerning: I. Architecture (body, elevations, façades, others), II. Interior decoration public and private interiors, III. Objects furnishings, outdoor, and public space design elements. 3. Young Power Designs shall be purely conceptual designs and shall not be divided into subcategories. Participants may submit a Conceptual Design that meets the requirements hereof. 4. The Designs submitted in the Everyday Design category should have the Status of Completed or Ongoing. 5. The Designs submitted in the Unlimited Architecture category should have the Status of Completed or Ongoing. Façades, elevations as well as other objects, i.e. other applications Page 3 of 10

of tiles, shall constitute an exception. In such cases, submission of Conceptual Designs shall be permissible. 6. Each category shall have a specific group of products that may be used in a Design: These are: a) For the Young Power category, this shall be Tubądzin's entire product range, i.e. the Products: Tubądzin (including Monolith Tubądzin), Arte, Domino, Korzilius; b) For the Everyday Design category, this shall be Tubądzin's entire product range, i.e. the Products: Tubądzin (including Monolith Tubądzin), Arte, Domino, Korzilius; c) For the Unlimited Architecture category the Products: Tubądzin (including Monolith Tubądzin), Korzilius. 7. The number of tiles used in a given Design shall be as follows: a) In the Young Power category Tubądzin tiles shall constitute 100% of all tiles used in the Design; b) In the Everyday Design category Tubądzin tiles shall constitute 100% of all tiles used in the Design; c) In the Unlimited Architecture category Tubądzin tiles shall constitute no less than 50% of all tiles used in the Design. In the event that other manufacturers' tiles are used in Designs in the Everyday Design and/or Young Power categories, the Design shall be disqualified. 8. The classification into categories and subcategories shall be performed by a Participant at the work submission stage. 9. In the Designs submitted in the Young Power category, in the event that the Design uses lighting, Vibia's product libraries must be used; other partners' libraries enable use of the products published. 10. The Organiser reserves the right to move a work submitted by a Participant to another subcategory if the subject of the contents of the work submitted fits another subcategory. VII. CONDITIONS FOR SENDING OF THE WORKS AND THE COURSE OF THE COMPETITION 1. Participation in the Competition shall require registration on the Website: www.tubadzin.pl/design. 2. Upon registration, a Participant shall: a) provide his or her full name, select one of the three categories (architect, designer, student), select one of the three options (private person, retail shop employee, company), provide his or her e-mail address and telephone number, studio name, university name, field (subject) of studies, year of studies (obligatory for students, optional for other Participants), and in case of retail shop employees name of the retail shop, name and address of the studio and correspondence address if different from the studio address. It shall be necessary to specify the country (and province, in case of Poland) and city/town name; b) consent to the processing of personal data by the Organiser for the purpose of organising the Competition; c) consent to the use of his or her contact information for the purpose of receiving trade information from the Organiser. 3. Any data may be altered during the Competition in the my account panel, in the edit data tab. Page 4 of 10

4. Any consents may be altered and/or retracted in the my account panel, in the accept tab. 5. A Competition work shall be submitted by filling in an online form, available upon registration and login to the Website. The form shall be active throughout the entirety of a given stage. Introduction of any alterations shall be impossible following the closing of each stage. 6. The form shall be enclosed with: a) for a Conceptual Design: Design visualisations, plans, layout drawings and short description max. 400 characters with spaces. Electronic file generated by interior design software, scan of the drawing; a single Conceptual Design may be enclosed with no fewer than 3 and no more than 5 files; b) for a Completed Design or an Ongoing Design: photographs, videos or visualisations, plans and layout drawings. 7. At the photograph enclosing stage, the main photograph shall be selected, which best represents the Design and raises no doubts as to the use of the required number of tiles. 8. The enclosed files shall fulfil the following criteria: a) For graphic files: the admissible file formats shall be jpg and pdf. The required minimum file resolution shall be 1920x1080, 72 dpi. The maximum size of a single file shall be 5MB; b) The enclosed graphic files must be of a very good quality and should be anonymous with no signs and logotypes enabling identification of the Design's author. Any photographs marked with such information shall already be disqualified at the Competition work submission stage. c) For videos: in the appropriate form field, a link to the video posted online (e.g. on the portal YouTube) shall be provided; alternatively, please send the video in the MP4 format. The video resolution shall be no lower than 1024x576, 1500 kbps. No restrictions shall be placed on the video duration; the format shall be MP4. 9. Upon sending of a Competition file, a Participant shall: a) select the appropriate Competition category and (if applicable) subcategory; b) select an appropriate submission type (individual or group); c) in the case of a group submission, the full names of the other team members shall be provided; d) in the case of the Unlimited Architecture category subcategory Public Space, a Participant shall provide the date of commencement and completion or estimated date of completion of the Project, name of the Project and address thereof (the country and city/town must be provided; the province must also be provided in case of Poland). Provision of the builder's name shall not be obligatory; e) in the case of other Completed or Ongoing Designs, a Participant shall provide an estimated date of completion of the Project; f) provide the name of the Tubądzin Group's tile collection used in the Design and the approximate amount of tiles used (expressed in m 2 ), with the stipulation that the requirement to specify the approximate amount of tiles used (expressed in m 2 ) shall not apply to Conceptual Designs; g) accept these Competition Regulations; h) represent that he or she holds all copyrights and proprietary rights to the Design submitted to the Competition, and to the photographic, drawing and video materials documenting it, referred to in more detail in Part X(6) hereof; Page 5 of 10

i) consent to the gratuitous and unlimited publication of the Design submitted, with his or her authorship indicated and with respect of the author's personal rights, referred to in more detail in Part X(6 and 7) hereof; j) consent to the publication, in the event of becoming a winner of the Competition, of his or her data in the form of his or her full name on the Website and on the Organiser's Facebook page, referred to in more detail in Part X(3) hereof. 10. The Organiser shall bear no liability for any events arising from provision of untrue data by a Participant. 11. Works shall be submitted in accordance with the duration of individual stages. 12. Only complete submissions shall participate in the Competition, i.e. those that have all of the obligatory elements contained in the form assigned to a given category. 13. A Design submitted at a given stage of the Competition may not be resubmitted at another stage of the Competition. 14. The Designs submitted may not be marked with any logotypes or watermarks of the studio. 15. Designs which infringe upon the rights or personal interests of third persons, violate the generally accepted moral norms, are commonly regarded as offensive or vulgar, contain violence or constitute an affront to the feelings of others, including religious feelings, shall be excluded from participation in the Competition. 16. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude from the Competition and to deprive of the right to an Award (Awards) persons who have violated the provisions hereof. VIII. WORKS EVALUATION CRITERIA 1. The works shall be evaluated at each stage by the Jury appointed by the Competition Organiser, based u 2. pon the Stage Design Evaluation Form, which constitutes Annex 1 hereto, excluding the Audience Award category. The Audience Award shall be given by way of an open vote, conducted via the portal Facebook. 3. The Jury shall only evaluate works that meet the requirements hereof. 4. Until the resolution of a given stage of the Competition, the works submitted thereat shall remain anonymous to the Jury, i.e. shall be submitted to the Jury with no data enabling identification of the authors thereof. 5. At each stage, the Jury shall select the stage winners, who shall receive Stage Awards. 6. All stage winners shall be given the status of Competition Finalists and automatically qualify to the Competition Finale. Qualification to the Competition Finale shall not be tantamount to being given a Final Award. 7. The Jury's decisions shall be binding and final. The Jury's decision may not be appealed against. 8. In the Competition Finale, the winners shall be selected by the Jury by way of deliberations, with the exception of the extra awards: a) Villa International Special Award, the winners of which shall be selected by Peter Bokor; b) Audience Award, which shall be given in accordance with the rules set forth in Part VIII(1) hereof. c) Project: Façade Special Award, which shall be given by the Organiser; d) Special Award, which shall be given by Dorota Koziara; Page 6 of 10

e) Project Scale Special Award, which shall be given to one of the Designs submitted in the Unlimited Architecture category. The award shall be given to the Design with the greatest scale, i.e. the highest amount (expressed in m 2 ) of the Tubądzin Group's tiles used. IX. AWARDS 1. The awards shall be given per stage and for the entire year. 2. The winners of each stage shall be selected no later than 30 days following the conclusion of a given stage. 3. The winners shall be informed of their victory via e-mail and telephone. The list of winners shall also appear on the Website and on Tubądzin's Facebook page. 4. If a Group Participant is among the winners, the award shall be given to a single person selected by the victorious team, who provide that person's personal data to the Competition Coordinator. 5. At each stage: a) three winners shall be selected in the Young Power category; b) three winners shall be selected in the Everyday Design category; c) four winners shall be selected in the Unlimited Architecture category. 6. The Stage Awards shall be given to the winners no later than 30 days from their selection as per the rules set forth in Part IX(2) hereof. 7. Information on the Awards planned for the subsequent stages shall be published on the Website. 8. In the Competition Finale: a) the winner of Grand Prix Monolith 2017 shall be selected from among the authors of the Designs submitted in the Unlimited Architecture category; b) 2 winners shall be selected 2nd place and 3rd place in the Unlimited Architecture category; c) 3 winners shall be selected 1st place, 2nd place and 3rd place in the Young Power category; d) 3 winners shall be selected 1st place, 2nd place and 3rd place in the Everyday Design category; e) the winner of the Villa International Special Award shall be selected; f) the winner of the Project Scale Award shall be selected from among the finalists in the Unlimited Architecture category; g) the winner of the Audience Award shall be selected; h) the winner of the Special Award a traineeship at Dorota Koziara Studio in Milan shall be selected; i) the winner of the Project: Façade Special Award for the best façade/elevation shall be selected. 9. The Final Awards shall be given to the winners during the international Final Gala. 10. The financial awards promised by Tubądzin Management Group Sp. z o. o. shall be given to the winners who fulfil the terms and conditions hereof. A given financial award shall be increased by an additional 11.11%, with the stipulation that this additional amount shall not be paid, but instead be allocated to coverage of the due tax by the Organiser. 11. The details of the traineeships that constitute awards in the Competition, including, but not limited to the date and duration thereof, shall be determined individually between the Organiser and the Winner. The traineeship shall be financed by Tubądzin Management Group Sp. z o. o. 12. Exchange of the in-kind awards for a pecuniary equivalent thereof and transfer of the rights to an in-kind or financial award to third persons shall not be permissible. 13. In the event that a group Design is awarded, the award is given to a single person appointed by the team, as per the provisions hereof. 14. The Jury reserves the right not to give all awards specified in Part IX hereof. X. COPYRIGHTS AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION 1. The Organiser shall be the Competition Participants' Personal Data Controller. The personal data shall be processed by the Organiser for the purpose of conducting the Competition, as well as for the purpose of marketing communication with Tubądzin, including any future communication, and in the event of any claims being submitted for the purpose of considering the claims. Provision of personal data shall be voluntary, yet necessary for participation in the Competition and reception of awards in the Competition. 2. The Participants' personal data shall be processed in compliance with the rules stipulated in the existing provisions of law, including in particular the Act on Personal Data Protection (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922). A Participant in the Competition shall retain the right to inspect his or her personal data and the right to alter, supplement or correct them. Such data shall not be transferred by the Organiser to any third parties. 3. Every Participant in the Competition shall, having filled in the Application Form referred to in Part IV(3) hereof, have the opportunity to consent (by ticking the appropriate checkbox) to the publication, in the event of his or her becoming a winner of the Competition, of his or her data in the form of his or her full name on the Website www.tubadzin.pl/design and on the Organiser's Facebook page at www.facebook.com/grupatubadzin. The consent shall be voluntary and in no manner whatsoever be a requirement for participation in the Competition. 4. Every Participant in the Competition, upon registration on the Website www.tubadzin.pl/design, shall have the opportunity to consent (by ticking the appropriate checkbox) to his or her contact information being used for the purpose of receiving trade information from the Organiser. The consent shall be voluntary and in no manner whatsoever be a requirement for participation in the Competition. 5. The Competition finalists shall consent to the use of their images preserved in the photographic and video materials for the purpose of promoting the Competition and Tubądzin. 6. Every Participant in the Competition, having filled in the Application Form, represents (by ticking the appropriate checkbox) that he or she holds all copyrights and proprietary rights to the Design submitted in the Competition and to the photographic, drawing and video materials documenting it. In the event that a third person makes claims arising from infringement upon the rights specified above, the Participant submitting the work shall release the Organiser from any liabilities arising from that. This shall be a necessary condition for participation in the Competition. 7. Every Participant in the Competition, having filled in the Application Form, represents (by ticking the appropriate checkbox) that he or she gives his or her consent for the Organiser to publish the submitted Design at no charge and with no limitations, with his or her authorship indicated Page 8 of 10

and his or her personal author's rights respected, on the Competition Website and in any promotional and advertising forms (e.g. exhibitions, press releases, electronic publications) connected with the Competition, including preservation and reproduction using any technique, use in full or in part, both during the Competition and following the conclusion thereof, with no territorial limitations. This shall be a necessary condition for participation in the Competition. 8. All consents may be altered/retracted at any time via the my account panel in the accept tab. XI. FINAL PROVISIONS 1. Participation in the Competition shall be tantamount to acceptance hereof. 2. To all matters not settled herein, the appropriate provisions of the Polish Civil Code shall respectively apply. 3. Any disputes and claims connected with this Competition shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Organiser's legal seat. 4. Any enquiries or doubts concerning the Competition should be directed at the e-mail address: tda@tubadzin.pl or at the telephone number: 0048 662 015 830 (the hotline is available from Monday to Friday, at 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.). 5. Any claims concerning the Competition should be directed in writing at the e-mail address: tda@tubadzin.pl no later than 14 business days from the date of the result announcement. The Organiser undertakes to consider the claims forthwith and to inform of the result of consideration thereof in writing within 30 days from the submission of the claims. The right to submit claims shall only be vested in the Participants. The Organiser's decision as regards the claims shall be final and binding. 6. A written claim should contain: full name, correspondence address, telephone number and e- mail address, detailed description of and reason for the claim, as well as a legible signature of the Participant submitting the claim. Claims that are incomplete or submitted following the lapse of the time limit specified in Part XI(5) hereof shall not be subject to consideration. 7. The Organiser shall bear no liability for any services provided by third parties, in particular by postal services and by companies providing courier services, and for entities providing telecommunications services, including those providing Internet access. 8. The Organiser shall bear no liability for any events preventing proper conduct of the Competition and of the Finale caused by force majeure. 9. The Organiser shall bear no liability for a Participant's actions or neglect resulting in his or her failure to utilise the Main and/or Stage Award. In particular, the Organiser shall bear no liability for a Participant's tardiness preventing his or her participation in the Finale, regardless of whether the above has been caused by reasons unattributable to the Participant. 10. The Organiser reserves the right to introduce changes hereto during the Competition. Any changes shall become effective following 7 days from the date on which the Organiser sends a written information on the introduced changes to all Participants. 11.
