THE CAMERON HIGHLANDERS OF OTTAWA BURSARY APPLICATION FORM Objective The Cameron Highlanders of Ottawa Foundation established this bursary program in 1999 to promote, encourage and sponsor educational programs and activities of its Regimental Family by providing assistance to members of The Cameron Highlanders of Ottawa in their quest for higher learning at a recognized post- secondary institution. Eligibility Candidates must: be a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant; be a member of The Cameron Highlanders of Ottawa Regimental Family; be registered as a full or part time student at a recognized university, community college, technical institute or other post-secondary institution for advanced training; and be recommended by the Commanding Officer if serving in the Regiment. Application Procedure The application form with original signatures must be submitted to the Chairperson of the Bursary Program at the Cartier Square Drill Hall, by the deadline clearly indicated on The Cameron Highlanders of Ottawa Foundation website (www.camerons.ca). Proof of attendance at the selected educational institution may be requested. 1
