Corporate Partners Partnership with NPower is extremely important to our long-term viability and competitiveness in the global marketplace. If we don t do this, who will? As we all know, our faces, persons of color, are conspicuously absent in this field and there is vital intellectual capital, experience and collective that is needed at the table for innovation to happen. This collaboration is important. Dave Steward Chairman and Founder, World Wide Technology Citi has been a long-time supporter and partner of NPower. Over the past six years, we have hosted and hired dozens of NPower graduates, engaged our employees in skills based volunteering, and helped steward the growth of the organization through participation in the national board and advisory council. We are proud of our association with NPower and of the impact we have had in launching digital-focused careers for military veterans and young adults. We are committed to investing in the long-term success of students pursuing technology careers. Richard M. Greenbaum Managing Director, Global Head Technology Infrastructure, Citi, and a member of NPower s Board of Directors We are proud of our partnership with NPower. The program provides an opportunity for Bank of America to connect NPower students to the training and skills they need to succeed in an increasingly specialized workforce. We all benefit from this relationship; not only are our employees fulfilled from volunteering, training and sharing their experiences with students, but seeing firsthand the positive impact our support provides is especially gratifying. David Reilly CIO, Global Banking and Markets, Bank of America, and Chair of NPower s Board of Directors As a software company, CA Technologies has a clear and vested interest in advancing STEM education. To grow our business in a highly competitive market, we need the brightest software engineers, data scientists and computer engineers. Today, there are enough challenges to discourage even the most creative and talented students, so businesses must step in to help young people realize their untapped potential. We need to let both young adults and veterans, who are part of a generation defined and enabled by technology, know there is a place for them in this field. Through partnerships with organizations like NPower, and our support of their programs, we aim to do just that. This is a long-term investment by CA we are committed to encouraging the next generation of leaders in IT. Mike Gregoire CEO, CA Technologies, and a member of NPower s Board of Directors
