Women Behavioural Issues: Coping and Care Holistically Managing Women s Health for a Better Patient Care Experience It is globally accepted that most women have to go through various phases of their lives which involve them constantly juggling multiple roles; career woman, wife, mother, emotional pillar and more. This may take a personal toll on them, despite the internal strength that many are blessed with or expected to have. This brings them to have behavioural health needs that are unique or more frequent across their lifespan. This symposium will focus on understanding and helping women patients who face difficulties with unique life events, including pregnancy, the post-partum period, the menstrual cycle and menopause. It also looks into issues such as coping with infertility and women s cancers.
