Allowing only certain accomplishment types for a matrix code and national objective combination enables HUD to obtain more uniform data for reporting and for assessing program performance. 01 Acquisition of Real Property LMA, LMC 02 Disposition of Real Property When the property is used for the purpose it was acquired for, use the accomplishment type that was or should have been used for acquisition of the property.
