Welcome Message The 3 rd International Conference on Sport and Exercise Science will be held in Bangkok, THAILAND, on February 7th -10th, 2012. On behalf of the organizing committee, I would like to cordially invite you to join in this special event. The theme of this conference is Toward the Global Future of Sport Science. Under this theme, sport scientists, physiologists, physical educators, etc. will find many interesting knowledge and new ideas on the future of sport and exercise science such as sport science and technology, sport training and coaching, health promotion, leisure and recreation tourism management, sport business management, and other related fields. This conference will feature many interesting keynote topics, a number of oral sessions, symposia, and free communication. Young investigators will have the opportunity to scientifically and friendly exchange current knowledge with more experienced researchers in the field of sport, sport psychology and exercise science. A refund of 50% will be provided, however, an administrative fee of 25 USD/600 THB will be charged. 3. Paper and Abstract Submission Abstract Submission: October 1st December 15th, 2012 Notification of Abstract Acceptance: December 31st, 2011 Full Paper Submission: January 15th, 2012 Abstract Submission Instructions: 1. All abstracts must be submitted online at the website, www.icses2012bkk.org. 2. Abstract must be written in ENGLISH and saved as a Microsoft Word format. 3. Abstract should be a maximum of 300 words and will be used to determine acceptance for oral or poster presentation. 4. Title: Capitalize the entire title. Spell out words. Do not use abbreviations. 5. Text: Font required: Times New Roman, size 12. 6. The presenting author s name should be bold. 7. The abstract and paper should follow this format: objective, design and method, results, and conclusion. 8. It is the author s responsibility to submit an accurate abstract as it will be published as submitted without editing. 9. The scientific committee will accept abstracts for the categories of paper and abstract submissions (oral or poster presentation) on scientific merit. 10. The abstract must be submitted before December 15th, 2012. 11. Registration fee is required for each abstract (early registration is before December 1st, 2012). 12.
