All registration materials will be provided on-site at the registration desk, located on level 3 of the conference venue. KEY DETAILS CONFERENCE ATTIRE The dress code for the conference is business casual. Please keep in mind the average temperature for April in Niagara Falls is 12 degrees Celsius/ 54 degrees Fahrenheit. A jacket of some kind is strongly recommended. The Under the Red Top social event is evening chic attire. ASSISTANCE Conference staff and volunteers will be available at the Conference Registration Desk at the Sheraton on the Falls - Conference Hotel to answer questions and provide assistance. We will also have designated Ask Me helpers in common areas throughout the conference venue. They will be wearing a red vest and an Ask Me button please feel free to approach them for assistance. ENGLISH-FRENCH SIMULTANEOUS INTERPRETATION As part of our commitment to making our programs and services available in both of Canada s official languages, Red Cross will be offering simultaneous interpretation services for all plenary sessions as well as one breakout session in each time block for the concurrent sessions (7 sessions in total). A smartphone and ear buds/headphones are required to access the interpretation service. The breakout sessions offering simultaneous interpretation are identified on the detailed agenda on the conference website and will be noted on the conference schedules available at the venue.

TRANSPORTATION GETTING FROM YOUR AIRPORT TO NIAGARA FALLS Attendees will need to arrange their own transportation to and from the airport unless otherwise arranged. Toronto International Airport (YYZ) is located in West Toronto (Mississauga) and is approximately 125 km (1 hr 45-minute drive) from the conference hotel. Billy Bishop Island Airport (YTZ) is located in downtown Toronto and is approximately 125 km (2 hrs 20-minute drive) from the conference hotel. Buffalo Airport (BUF) is approximately 42 km (42-minute drive) from the conference hotel. Hamilton Airport (YHM) is approximately 86 km (1 hr 10-minute drive) from the conference hotel.
