FOTO - enhanced Discharge Process Kathryn Rigda, PT
FOTO FOTO integration has been available since early 2017 Currently allows the FOTO episode to be initiated from inside Raintree and linked to the Raintree case Providers have single sign-on, so no extra passwords to remember Patients can be e-mailed their surveys directly out of Raintree Providers can be given prompts or hard-stops to complete FOTO surveys
FOTO Current Challenges FOTO counts visits per discipline and provider type At discharge FOTO also requires the date of last actual visit Raintree users have to count their visits at the end of care and manually enter these details to close the episode in FOTO
FOTO Enhanced discharge workflow Now available in 10.2.500 - FOTO package # 125388 TVIST package # 125386
FOTO Enhanced discharge workflow Provides a simpler workflow to the provider On sign-off of a Discharge Summary, the integration will now gather: The dates of service, and total number of visits The clinician type for each rendering provider for each date of service The discharge reason The date of the last actual visit The number of interruption days
FOTO An additional field has been added to the provider table > FOTO setup to allow definition of the FOTO specific provider type
FOTO When the clinician signs off a discharge note they will be prompted to enter the interruption days This is required by FOTO for discharge. It represents a number of days where the patient's plan of care was interrupted (i.e. patient went on vacation for 1 week, so interruption days would be 7) The default is 0
FOTO If all other required fields are completed the FOTO episode will be auto-discharged and the therapist will never have to open FOTO. If there are any additional fields that need to be entered, the integration will open the FOTO website and navigate directly to the close episode page for the patient. Any required fields that are missing data will be highlighted
Physiotec - Workflow Enhancements Kathryn Rigda, PT
Physiotec Physiotec Integration has been available since 2015 Currently simple solution that provides a single sign-on, that passes patient demographic information, and allows for a pdf copy of the home program to be downloaded into Raintree Challenges: Duplication of entry for activities performed in clinic, and prescribed as home program No easy visibility to activities currently included in home program
Physiotec Enhanced Integration development is complete and will be ported to 10.2.500 in the next 7-10 days. Will require updated Physiotec package and updated TVIST package. A new option is added in Module Config to turn on exercise matching
Physiotec When exercise matching is enabled, there are new options available to the providers in TVIST activities
Physiotec The provider selects the appropriate activities and opts to match to Physiotec
Physiotec Matching can be for all users or user specific based on security (uses GLOBALTEMPL = E security right, same as saving of global templates)
Physiotec The provider would select the appropriate activity in Physiotec and select to match
Physiotec Once all the desired activities have been matched, the provider will return to Raintree and select save matched exercises The matched exercise immediately show as green in the activities list This indicates that the exercises are available to include in HEP
Physiotec The provider can include additional information such as sets, reps etc. and then selects the desired activities with extended selection, and clicks create HEP. Sets/reps etc is passed to Physiotec along with the exercise, for inclusion to HEP
Physiotec The program is then named and comments can be added
Physiotec The program is automatically created, and can then be saved to the Medical Record and/or e-mailed to the patient.
Physiotec On follow-up visits any activity that is included in the current HEP is color-coded so it is easy to visualize the current program
Physiotec Once the initial exercise matching is completed the provider can create, update and modify the patient s home program without ever leaving Raintree!
