Cost includes transportation, 2 nights hotel, 2 full continental breakfasts, city tour of Savannah & St. Simons, professional step-on guides, and Jacksonville brewery tour. MANAGEMENT CORNER TRASH DISPOSAL Put your trash in the appropriate dumpster. There are dumpsters for recycling your newspapers, magazines, boxes, and aluminum/steel cans. Do not leave garbage on the ground if the dumpster is full. Breakup large items before you put them in the dumpster. Please adhere to the NO DUMPING SIGN. There is a trash can on the porch of the Club House to recycle beverage cans (proceeds benefit the Civil Air Patrol Cadets). *************** BOX TOPS ETC. The children at the Lake Placid Elementary School are collecting Campbell soup labels, General Mills box tops for education, pop can tabs, and printer cartridges for recycling. They are able to use them toward the purchase of computers for the school. They also get credit if you use your Target credit card for purchases. *************** LIBRARY Please leave the returned books in the box. Do not put them on the shelves. The library team will take care of them. Lunch will be provided. HOE-DOWN SQUARE DANCE With Earl Welch Saturday, January 30th 7:00 p.m. Plan on attending whether you re there for the dancing or to just enjoy the music and watch. It s good exercise and great fun. MICHIGAN POT LUCK Sunday, January 31st 1:00 p.m. Sign up in the Club House. Bring a dish to pass and your own place setting. Beverages will be provided. KITCHEN BAND The Kitchen Band will start their practices on Thursday, January 7th, at 10:45 a.m. Our first show will be Saturday, February 6th and the second one will be Wednesday, March 3rd. We only have room for 25 people so if you won t be participating, please let Bill Monsma know ASAP. We have others who have shown an interest and he would like to let them know ahead of time. RED HATS Red Hats pot luck salad luncheon on Wednesday, January 20th, at 11:30 a.m. in the Club House. It s a birthday party for all Red Hatters. Bring a salad to share and a white elephant gift wrapped for a birthday gift. Cake, ice cream, and beverages will be provided. Come to celebrate your birthday with games and fellowship.
