Developed business plans for traders to access finance from Afriland Bank as part of support from GROW Liberia. They were provided with regular coaching and mentoring to help them understand the new business idea. Provided training in access to finance and due-diligence to help them understand the required documents to be presented for access to finance. Conducted the due-diligence process for the disbursement of grant/loan. Developed a mini business plan for 32 cooperatives, formalized their businesses by registering them with the Liberia Business Registration (LBR). Developed article of incorporation and By-Laws & Constitution to be used in the legalization of their businesses. Designed school grant training to support recurred expenditure at the school level to improve the quality of basic education.
