EBRC Programs SEB /OW Self Employment Benefits Program Summer Company YEP Youth Entrepreneurship Partnership EBRC Mentorship Program Individuals EI eligible or have received EI within the last three to five years Youth Business Opportunity (Age 15-29) Must be Returning to School Youth under the age of 29 who are not in school Youth, entrepreneurs, small business owners, mature workers, business leaders This community service program allows participants to continue receiving EI benefits while they get their businesses up and running.
