Elgin Business Resource Centre (EBRC) Community-based, non-profit organization overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors Offers a full range of business support resources to the residents & small business owners of St. Thomas/Elgin County It is staffed by business professionals who encourage entrepreneurship and the pursuit of economic opportunities Mission: To provide business resources, and to be a catalyst in strengthening our communities
