Student Feedback Mechanism on Institutional Governance / Faculty performance Figure : Online Feedback Conduction Process of the Institute The Institute has college wide feedback committee. The committee obtains department wise online feedback from the students, alumni, parents, and employers time to time. It is obtained by sending Google form to respective department s stakeholders Google groups. Opinions and suggestions from academic peers and industrial persons who visit the campus for guest lectures are also obtained. Further, inputs from industries, institutions, and professionals are obtained through students who undergo institutional training and project work. The ideas obtained from the various stakeholders are thoroughly discussed in meeting by the Head of the Institute with s Heads and then carefully incorporated for the benefits of students. Faculty Feedback by Students Feedback Committee of the institute obtains the online faculty feedback class wise and course wise from students. As per the grading provided by the students, committee generates the faculty

grading report and remark sheet for individual faculty members. Action taken: Based on analysis grading report and remark sheet action taken report is generated by the individual department. Then the report duly signed by the Head of the Institute and Head of the is made available to individual faculty members for enhancing their teaching methodologies. 14. Grievance and Redressal Mechanism for Faculty, Staff and Students The Principal is directly accessible to faculty, students and other staff. Everyone can give the feedback in terms of suggestions or complaints using the suggestion box or by hand in confidence or even orally. For students grievance each class has Guardian Faculty Member and Student Counselor. The weekly meeting of the staff members with the HOD also serves as grievance redressal mechanism for staff members. The Principal and Dean jointly conduct meeting of faculty, staff and students periodically and address various issues if raise. The Institute has Women s Grievance Cell and Internal Complaint Committee. The Institute also has a Hostel Coordinator for redressal of hostel related grievances.
