Senior Scientist & Head Rs. 37400- Essential (One Post) 67000 + RGP a) For Disciplines other than Agricultural Rs. 9000/- Engineering Subject: Doctoral degree in relevant subject including relevant basic sciences with 8 years experience in relevant subject Scientist/Lecturer/Extension Specialist or In an equivalent position the pay band -3 of Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/ Rs. 6000/Rs.7000/Rs.8000 having made contribution to research/teaching/extension as evidence by published work/innovations and impact. b) For Agricultural Engineering disciplines: Doctoral degree in relevant Agricultural engineering subject with 6 years experience as Scientist/Lecturer/Extension Specialist or in an equivalent position in the pay band-3 of Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.5400/Rs.6000/Rs.7000/Rs.8000 having made contribution to research/teaching/extension education as evidenced by published work/innovative and impact. OR Master s degree in the relevant agricultural engineering subject with 10 years experience as Scientist/Lecturer/Extension Specialist or in an equivalent position in the pay band-3 of Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/Rs.6000/Rs.7000/Rs.8000 having made contribution to research / teaching / extension education as evidenced by published work / innovative and impact. Desirable Specialization in implementing extension education programmes. Note :- Those who have already applied in response to our earlier advertisement appeared in EN No. 32/13//2017 issue need not apply again. Their candidature will be considered if found eligible in all respects. 1. The last date for receipt of application will be 30 days from the date of publication of our corrigendum in employment news (31/03/2018 Issue). If the last date happens to be a Sunday or closed holiday, the next working day will be taken as crucial date. The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date for receipt of application from candidates. 2. Maximum Age Limit for the Post of Sr. Scientist & Head: Should not exceed more than 47 years as on closing date of applications.
3. Age relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/PH Candidates as per Government of India rules. 4.
