Sounds like a walking program from which we could all benefit! All in all, the Fitness Center offers a variety of 29 classes each week of which Nordic Walking is only one. If you included more exercise in your New Year s resolutions, now is the time to stop by the Fitness Center and pick up from the counter a listing of all programs being offered with an explanation of what each program can do for you.
