Sponsorship Benefits Attendance / Registration: Your sponsorship includes the registration fee for one or more individuals, depending on your sponsorship level. With registration comes access to all of the seminars, the Icebreaker Reception (Wednesday, 4/13), and the Grand Evening Event (Thursday, 4/14). Exhibit Space / Tables: For Silver, Gold, and Platinum sponsors, your sponsorship comes with exhibit space. Each table is 2 by 6, and includes a tablecloth/skirt and 2 chairs. Platinum sponsors have the option of using 2 tables or creating a single booth; effectively presenting over a larger area. The level of sponsorship also determines the order for selecting exhibit spaces. Brand Placement: - Program All sponsors will receive recognition within the Annual Conference Program. On the Sponsors page, all sponsors will be recognized with the biggest sponsors at the top, with the biggest logo, and the size of the logo and page placement indicating the sponsorship level. Additionally, Silver, Gold, and Platinum sponsors will have the ability to submit ¼, ½, or full-page advertisements that will be interspersed throughout the program. - Projector When presentations are not being given, sponsors will be acknowledged with a display projected onto the white screen. The listings and logos projected will follow the same method as on the Sponsors page in the program. - Goodie bag insert Gold and Platinum sponsors have the option to place an insert in the goodie bag that is given to all attendees. These inserts may be paper inserts or branded memorabilia, whichever the sponsor desires. - Website ad Gold and Platinum sponsors have the right to advertise via a banner ad on CMTA s website for 3 months to 1 year, depending on the level of sponsorship. - Bingo Attendees will be given a bingo card with logos of the sponsors in its squares. They are to go to sponsor exhibits to get a sticker or initials of that sponsor. At the end of the conference a completed bingo card will be selected for a prize. Vince Amado Scholarship: 10% of each sponsorship fee goes to the Vince Amado scholarship fund, subsidizing the cost of new agency employees who are interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge of treasury management.

Sponsorship Details: Setup will take place from 8:00 am 11:30 am on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 Tear down will take place from 10:30 am 11:30 am on Friday, April 15, 2016 All exhibitor displays must fit within the space limitation. Electricity or other special needs are not included in sponsorships. Administrative Details: CMTA shall exercise reasonable care for the protection of the exhibitors materials and equipment. Neither CMTA, the Hotel, nor any officers, directors, or staff members are responsible for the safety of the property or exhibitor personnel from any cause. Cancellations must be sent to CMTA in writing. Refunds, less an administrative fee of $100 per booth, will be made at the discretion of CMTA, but no refund will be given for cancellations made within 60 days of setup day.
