USFSP Efforts: Student Contact Student Success Courses and COMPASS. Hiring retention specialist: Identify and recruit back students; Identify students who stop out. Researching why students leave.
USFSP Efforts: Technology College Scheduler implementation in progress. Student case management system conversation. Identification of early alert system in progress.
USFSP Efforts: Financial Completion scholarships for upcoming seniors. Director of Financial Aid on Academic Affairs Council. Searching for affordable housing options.
USFSP Efforts: Admissions Improvement in the incoming student profile. Strategic Enrollment Management Plan focused on recruitment, retention, and completion. SEMP committee ownership of recruit, admit, persist, complete cycle.
USFSP Efforts: Programmatic Four-year course plans and degree maps published. Partnership with SPC/FUSE program. Online 1 credit course for students who stopped out.
USFSP Efforts: Programmatic Master Academic Plan Council on Student Success. Identification of gatekeeper courses and revision.
