Elaboration of curricula for the schools subordinated to the institution, running applications, methodical sittings with the

professional education group leaders, drawing up resesarch and didactical materials. 1970-1990 Gradually and chronologically I have occupied all the execution and running positions in prison administration (Specialist Officer, Duty commander at Arad Prison, Prison Commander at Craiova, Chief Supervisor Officer within the General Directorate of Prisons, Duty General Director) 1983-1990 Deputy Commander and Military Unit Commander Coordination activities for specialty military education; direct coordination of the professional education within the milirary units in which I worked, as well as within schools sith direct subordination in Arad and Craiova. These schools were secondary educational units and high-school educational units; they had a special regime, i.e. had a double subordination; the commander was in charge of ensuring teaching staff and didactical materials. Consequently, all the educational actiities - including specialty and military training activities - were coordinated by me, the commander. 1990's High responsibility positions In charge of the direct coordination of the professional and military education performed within the General Directorate for Prisons. Subsequent to the fundamental changes incurred as to the training of employees, I suggested the Romanian Government that all the officers working in prison administration (who graduated the School for Officers from Baneasa) to be enrolled in higher education. Thus, I accomplished a national program with the result that 250 officers graduated the faculty of law in the next five years. In this period, there was a general inclusion on executive posistions of non-commissioned officers that graduated high-school. A personal contribution to this process was the fact that I brought specialists from different domains to develop resocialization programs. 1990 Setting up the Non-commissioned Officer School in Bucharest; Al. I. Cuza Academy became a university, comprising all categories of officers; setting up a support system for all officers that intended to get enrolled in a PhD program - all these efforts led to the scientific theoretization of the reform acts and were put into practice in a short term. 1990 Member of the Senate - Al.
