FY10 ARMY SELECTION BOARD SCHEDULE 1. Purpose: To provide a list of proposed centralized selection active and reserve component (Officer and Enlisted) selection boards for FY10 and 1 st quarter FY11. 2. The FY10 board schedule is a realigned, consolidated board schedule due to the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) directive, which moves the three HRC sites (Alexandria, St Louis and Indianapolis) to Fort Knox, KY. No centralized selection boards will be held from July to September 2010 to facilitate this move. As of Oct 2010, all centralized active and reserve component (Officer and Enlisted) selection boards will be executed at Fort Knox, KY. 3. As part of ongoing transformation previously approved by the Chief of Staff of the Army, in 1 st quarter FY11 the Army is implementing a selection process for CSM/SGM to mirror existing brigade/battalion command selection (CSL) processes for selection and slating against positions intended to ensure placement of the best qualified Soldier to the right position. 4. These dates are tentative and for planning purposes only.
