Their department had fifteen employees who worked out in a gym, jogged, walked, or attended yoga classes regularly. Trisha Lackey, who is the Administrative Services Manager, says, The employees at WKDI actively encourage and engage in healthy eating while at work and at home. Our employees share healthy recipes for smoothie drinks, snacks and dinner entrees and share educational materials pertaining to living a healthy lifestyle. During breaks, many employees take advantage of the portable stair stepper. They encourage each other to walk the building or the parking lot in an effort to improve blood flow and increase mental stimulation.
