SECURE SPONSORS NOW FOR SUPER SUMMER Now is the time to begin recruiting your sponsors. (Many employees make their vacation requests during January.) All sponsors must be 21 years old or older to be eligible to serve as a sponsor. For each gender of students you send to camp, you will need to send sponsors of the same gender. The suggested ratio of sponsors to students is 1 adult for every 8 students. If you send both male and female students, but the number is 8 or less students, you will still need to provide both male and female sponsors. If you are unable to find enough sponsors, please call the Super Summer Office (1-800-984-9092) beginning in May and we will help you find churches to contact to possibly assist you in securing adequate sponsors. Youth cannot attend camp unless they are accompanied by adult sponsors.
HOW TO PRE-REGISTER Consider the week or weeks your group might be able to attend Super Summer 2013. It is understood you will have a number one preference, but consider other legitimate possibilities as well. Do not put an x on the card. Use the numbers 1-6 to rank the weeks based on your preference. If you attended Super Summer 2012, check the registration list on the next 2 pages of this brochure to verify the number you brought last year. This should help you with your estimate. Indicate the number of youth and adults you anticipate bringing. Please do not over-inflate your estimate. You will not be restricted to this number, but we do need an honest estimate. PRINT all the requested information on the back page of this brochure and secure a church check payable to KNCSB for the required pre-registration deposit of $18.00/ person. (No personal checks.) Mail the form and check to: KNCSB Super Summer 5410 SW 7th St. Topeka, KS 66606 All cards must be postmarked by January 31, 2013 to be considered valid pre-registration. THE SOONER YOU RETURN YOUR CARD, THE BETTER YOUR CHANCES FOR YOUR PREFERRED WEEK. ALL PRE-REGISTRATIONS MUST BE POSTMARKED BY JANUARY 31, 2013.
