The qualifications are easy to check in your Back Office. On March 1, 2014, once we have one month of points earned, we will provide you a tracker in your Back Office that will show you exactly how close you are to earning the Incentive Trips! Greece QualiFIcations: Meet the following two criteria: 1. Be paid as Black-Status Presenter. To qualify for the Greece Getaway, you must be paid as a Black-Status Presenter at least one month during the qualification period (Feb 1 - May 31, 2014). 2. Become one of the top ten Presenters with the most First-Level Presenters earning the Bermuda Incentive Trip. Qualifications for Bermuda are noted below. Final results for those who earn the Bermuda Trip will be announced on June 9, 2014. Following the annoucement, a leaderboard will be posted showing the top ten Black-Status Presenters with the most First-Level Presenters who have earned the Bermuda incentive trip at that time. Those top ten Presenters qualify for Greece. Bermuda Qualifications: Total Points Needed To Earn Incentive Trip: Bermuda (Self) 30,000 Bermuda (Self + Guest) 45,000 How to earn Bermuda Incentive Trip points: Monthly Personal Retail Sales (PRS): PRS points are unlimited (no cap) and can be earned anytime during the qualification period. PRS = 1 point Monthly Qualified First-Level New Recruit: New Recruits who enroll January 1, 2014 through May 31, 2014 must obtain a monthly PRS of 125 sometime during January 1 - May 31, 2014. Points will be awarded when the monthly royalties/compensation totals are calculated. Points only awarded once for each First-Level who qualifies by selling 125 PRS. Qualified First-Level New Recruit 150 points each
Personal Status Promotions: When you advance to the next status color, you will receive Promotion Points. Then if you maintain that color status the following month, you will receive Maintenance Points. You will only receive Promotion Points the first time you advance to each color status. If you demote and re-promote back to the same color status, no Promotion Points will be awarded but you will receive Maintenance Points. If First-Level demotes and re-promotes, First-Level Promotion Points will not be re-awarded. You can find all of the trip qualification information above. Once you have earned the trip(s), you will receive an invitation to attend one or both of these Incentive Trips with our Younique Founders! Do what you can to earn an invitation to the trip of a lifetime! Is there a minimum point requirement for each qualification for the Bermuda Incentive Trip? No. You may earn the incentive trip points in any combination you choose. If you want to earn the majority of your points by recruiting, go for it! If you want to earn your points mostly by PRS, we encourage that as well. Or better yet, balance your promotions, PRS, and recruiting efforts to earn the points. The variety is a great way to earn the incentive trip. The only requirement is that the
combination of points must total the overall points needed to qualify. The points can be earned in the way that is best for you and your business. Are the Canadian point requirements different from the US? No. The required Canadian points are the same as the US. What if I recruit a new team member in January 2014 but they sell 125 PRS during the qualification period? Will I receive Monthly First-Level Qualified New Recruit points for her? Yes! Anyone you recruit from January 1, 2014 through May 31, 2014, who sells the qualifying 125 PRS during that same time frame will qualify you to receive the Monthly First-Level Qualified New Recruit points for the Incentive Trip. The PRS does not need to be earned in the same month that your new recruit enrolls. That means your new recruit can enroll as a Presenter during one month of the qualification period (including January 2014) and then sell 125 PRS in another month during the qualification period and you will still earn the incentive trip points. Special note: This is the only qualification that includes a month (January 2014) outside of the qualification period of February 1, 2014- May 31, 2014. What does my new recruit need to do to be considered qualified in order to earn the Monthly First-Level Qualified New Recruit points? Your new recruit (who enrolled anytime during January 1-May 31, 2014) is considered a qualified new recruit when she sells 125 PRS. When she sells 125 PRS anytime during January 1-May 31, 2014, you will earn 150 incentive trip points. If a team member went inactive but then made 125 PRS (within the 6 months of her inactivation) during the incentive trip qualification period, will I receive Monthly First-Level Qualified New Recruit points for her re-activation? No. She is not considered a new recruit and no Monthly First-Level Qualified New Recruit points will be awarded to you for her reactivation. How can I keep track of my progress toward earning the trip? The qualification points are straight forward and easy to calculate. You can begin calculating by viewing your progress in your Back Office. But, on March 1, 2014, after you have had a month of time to accumulate incentive trip points, we will be providing you an Incentive Trip Tracker in your Back Office to make it even easier for you to track your progress toward earning an Incentive Trip! Who will earn the Incentive Trip to Greece? There are only two qualifications for earning the Greece Incentive trip, but only ten Presenters will be invited to attend. First, to earn this incentive, you must be paid as a Black-Status Presenter at least one month during the Qualification period (February through May 2014). Second, you must be
one of the ten Presenters with the most First-Level Presenters on your team who earn the Bermuda Incentive Trip. We will award only the top ten Presenters with the most First-Level Presenters who have earn the Bermuda Incentive Trip. Please note: in the event of a tie in the 10th spot, we will take more than ten Presenters. Can I earn both the Bermuda AND the Greece Incentive Trips? Yes! It is possible to earn both trips. You must meet the qualifications for both in order to earn both trips. Can I earn just Greece and not Bermuda? Yes. It is possible to earn just Greece and not Bermuda. But what is the fun in that! If you are going for one, why not earn both? Why is there not an option to earn the opportunity to bring a guest on the Greece Incentive Trip? The qualifications for the Greece incentive trip is set up a bit differently than the Bermuda incentive trip (e.g. Self vs. Self + Guest). However, anyone who earns the Greece Incentive Trip could easily bring a guest. You will be given a $1500 (USD) flight allowance in which you can use to buy airfare for you and possibly pay for most or a portion of the airfare for a guest. You will have your own resort room in which you can share with your guest. You would be responsible for any additional fees that are incurred by your guest. Your guest will not be provided any goodies or gifts from Younique. What will my cruise include if I earn the Bermuda Incentive Trip? You will be invited to attend the cruise of a lifetime with the Younique Founders, Derek and Melanie, en route to the beautiful island of Bermuda. This cruise is a 6-day, 5-night voyage that includes an interior cabin for you if you earn it for Self or for you and a guest if you earn Self + Guest. Please note: you will be responsible to get yourself (and your guest) to and from the New Jersey port where the cruise ship docks and launches. What will be given to me if I earn the Greece Incentive Trip? You will be invited to attend a vacation of a lifetime with our Founders, Derek and Melanie, on the gorgeous Greek Isles for 6 days and 5 nights at an all-inclusive resort. You will also be awarded an airfare allowance of $1500 (USD) to get you and a guest to Greece. What if I earn the Self + Guest option to Bermuda but I am unable to bring a guest, can I be reimbursed for the Guest portion of my trip? No. There is no reimbursement for the Guest portion of the inventive trip if you are unable to bring a guest. We bet that if the original person you intended to bring can t come that you will have no problem finding another friend to bring along!
Can I upgrade my interior cabin to another room on the Bermuda Cruise? Upgrading your cabin will be entirely based on the availability of rooms on the cruise ship. Younique has no control over what rooms will be available for you to choose from. In addition, you will be required to cover any cost associated with the upgrade. What do I do once I ve earned the incentive trip? First of all, celebrate! At the end of the qualification period, you will be extended an invitation to attend the Incentive Trip you earned. That invitation will then be followed with details about how to register. How much of my airfare will Younique cover? Younique will cover up to $1500 (USD) for the ten Presenters who earn the Greece Incentive Trip. There is no airfare allowance for earners of the Bermuda Incentive Trip. You will be responsible to get yourself to the ship in New Jersey. Will I need a passport and how do I get one? Yes, you and your guest will require a passport to attend this Incentive Trip. Citizens of all countries will be required to provide information for themselves and any guests. Information on obtaining passports and the fees required can be found at your local post office. Because obtaining a passport does take time, we recommend that you start the application process as soon as possible after qualifying for the Incentive Trip. Should I expect to pay for gratuities during the Incentive Trip(s)? It is common practice to tip various people who serve you each day. Please be courteous to those that provide service to you and show your appreciation. Good luck and see you there!
