UberConference Administration Details in Productivity Marketplace 5. The UberConference tab on the Sprint Productivity Marketplace Customer Control Panel is explained in detail below and is used to maintain the UberConference accounts. a.) Clicking on the New User button will set-up a new User and associate a license to them. b.) The Downgrade User button will downgrade a Standard (Local) or Toll Free license to a Free Basic UberConference license. This license is no longer managed by the Admin nor supported by Sprint. The user will manage the license via UberConference.com directly. This step does NOT delete a license but only removes the user from the license. If the Admin wants to eliminate the license then an additional step is required to downgrade the number of UberConference licenses from the Subscriptions tab to eliminate future charges. c.) The Upgrade to Tollfree button when clicked will change an existing user s license to a Toll Free license (Their existing Local Number is kept). A Toll Free license must have been previously purchased prior to selecting this Upgrade. The result is assigning the previously purchased Toll Free license while making a Standard license available for another user assignment. If the local license is no longer needed, it can be downgraded on the Subscriptions tab. d.) If the UberConference specific Admin needs to change, select the new Admin Name and click on Make Admin button to make the selected user the Admin. Click on the Login to UberConference link to go to the UberConference Admin Web Portal. e.) Click on the Login to UberConference link to go to the UberConference Admin Web Portal. f.) The Standard Licenses bar shows the number of local licenses that have been purchased and are currently used. Licenses must be pre-purchased prior to assigning to new users. g.) The Toll Free Licenses bar shows the number of Toll Free licenses that have been purchased and are currently used. Licenses must be pre-purchased prior to assigning to new users. e f g a b c d Page 4
