BUSINESS RULES Commission Period Expiration Time Commission periods are officially open until Tuesday of each week (00:00 Los Angeles - PDT Pacific Daylight Time = UCT/GMT -8). After that time, the company reserves the right to close the commission period at any time. Activation In order to participate in commissions calculations and earn all bonuses, you must buy or resell products or services of at least 30 SV. You are considered active for 30 days from the last purchase of products with at least 30 SV. Commission Payments Timing In accordance with international payment policy requirements adopted by all network marketing companies, the commission amounts becomes available in the users e-wallet systems following this scheme: For international, US, Taiwan and Columbian markets, payment will be made twenty-one days after the calculation. For Philippine markets, payment will be made fourteen days after the calculation. For Thai, Vietnamese, Russian, and Indian markets, payment will be made during the successive commission period. From that moment users can request the funds to be wired to their cards or their banks account, and this operations takes a banking time that is independent from Company will, and can be affected if the week end is close to the request day. The withdrawal can take up to 7 business days for technical procedure and/or anti-fraud control. Minimum Payable TVC If you are active, you will participate in commission and TVC calculation. However, in order to receive the TVC bonus, you need to earn at least 30 SV of Balanced Team Volume. Strategy Placement When you sign up for the CRP, you receive a position in the dual tree organization, depending on your sponsor strategy. From this moment, your placement strategy in the dual binary tree is unlocked. The default initial option is set on AUTO unlocked. With this option set, all new users that you sponsor will be alternately placed to the right or to the left. The first placement will be carried out on the common leg. Later, if you reach the requirements to open Business Center two and three, you can add other strategy options (ex. Right, Left, Inner Left or Inner Right). CRP Termination In order to keep your account open as CRP, you have to buy or resell at least one product within the first ten commission periods. Opening Business Centers Two and Three Initially the only active Business Center is the central one. When you become a Team Developer, Business Centers two and three will be open. Carry Forward Carry Forward is the SV surplus accumulated with respect to the TVC Balanced Volumes.The SV is accrued by the strongest team during each commission period. Every Business Center has its own Carry Forward. If you are active, your Carry Forward is kept. After you sign the CRP (you are at least a Team Member Partner or Team Member Executive) and stay active, you will qualify to participate to the commissions calculations. Your Carry Forward will be accumulated for maximum of ten commission periods even if you are not a Team Builder. If you are not a TB after the first ten commission periods, your CF will not be accumulated anymore, and the volumes already accumulated will be treated following the normal activation rules. If you are not active, your Carry Forward will be flushed by ten percent of its initial amount in each following commission period (by ten commission periods, your Carry Forward will be zero). Inactive User For Commission If you are inactive for one commission period: a) you lose all the volumes, commissions, and bonuses for the current period; b) you lose all funds in your Money Box; c) your Carry Forward will be flushed by ten percent of its initial amount for each commission period. (By ten commission periods, your Carry Forward will be zero).
