QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS The RFP mentions the delivery method to be design-bid-build, but also asks for experience with multi prime delivery. Has the deliver method been selected? Typically, architects do not manage multi-prime projects. Can you clarify the required experience as noted on page 4 of the RFP? The experience requirement will be working on all types of project delivery methods. Is there an anticipated project size? See Exhibit 1 and 2 Is there a geographic boundary or distance from the campus that constitutes local? Orange County. Will the union be operated by Orange Coast College or by students? Yes What is the projected size, location, and site limits of the project? See Exhibit 1 and 2 What area is being defined as local for the Local Business Participation requirement? Orange County. Is the District open to modifications to the Standard Architectural Services Agreement that was included in the RFP and if so, should the modifications be included in our proposal submission?
