Mentoring Development of New Associations

E- Mentoring Project SOTN received a grant from RCN to develop an online mentoring program which aimed To extend and develop the leadership capacity of orthopaedic and trauma nurses by providing online mentorship and support for current and potential professional organization leaders. To actively support this development while taking into account unique cultural and political influences.
