Feeding Trial Completed at BCRC Trent Gilbery, Unit Manager A 112-day feeding trial was recently completed at the Beef Cattle Research Complex. Data was collected to determine if the dietary inclusion of a feed product effected the incidence of acidosis and performance of steers fed a finishing diet. The photos are of the load-out for shipment to Tyson Foods in Dakota City, NE, of the 113 animals on trial. Photos by Trent Gilbery I want to thank all the students, graduate students, staff and faculty who lent their help over the course of the experiment.
