Also had another convention meeting. This time we met with the hotel management and the chamber and took some steps forward on getting ready for the Buffalo convention. We still have a lot of work to do on getting the brochure ready and all of the information we want to be able to give them in August. It comes down to having only 4 months to have everything ready for the printer and giveaway items ready. If anyone has digital pictures of sights to see in Montana such as the Lewis and Clark interpretive center, Missouri river, Flathead area etc. contact me or send them to me so those items of interest can be included in a brochure or slide presentation. Tom Smith is starting the work on the web page. Thank you for your help. The meeting coming up is the 12th so hope to see you there. We will be discussing more ways to raise money for the convention. The Buffalo trip, we are required by National to attend, will cost more than we have put in the account, ideas for more funds are welcome. The mate show is the 14th -16th of Feb. Help will be needed to man the table and we hope to have raffle tickets for another rifle. These proceeds will go toward the convention expenses. See you all the 12th.
