Startup booster, a new program Shaping better living with Composites from processes to final goods When the world leading trade fair for composites wants to support future industry and accelerate innovation with great potential, it launches : A new program designed to Identify Select Promote And support tomorrow s industrial successes related to composites The program aims at demonstrating how Composites Innovations can change the Industrial landscape.
The organizers A synergic partnership About JEC Group With a network of 250,000 professionals, JEC Group is the largest composite organization in the world. It represents, promotes and helps develop composite markets by providing global and local networking and information services. The Company is entirely owned by the non-profit Center for the Promotion of Composites. JEC Group s policy is to systematically invest its profits in the creation of new services to benefit the industry. After successfully winning over the composites industry, JEC Group is now enlarging its scope to the next segment of the value chain, i.e. manufacturers and endusers. About Adena Founded in 2010 in Paris by Florent Barnabé, Adena is a young consulting company specializing in the management of innovation, particularly in the context of complex transition projects (energy, environment...). Adena supports industrial, start-ups, public institutions and communities in their innovation programs, both for strategic and operational management. In event material, Florent Barnabé founded in 2009 and operated for 4 years INNOV'ECO Paris Region Cleantech Innovation Hub, but also participated in organizing many professional events dedicated to innovation (RETIS, Association of SATT, AFIC, Innovation Forward, Paris & Co...). JEC activities are divided into 2: publications & surveys - trade-shows and b2b events, among which, JEC World, the world largest show for the composites professionals.

The submission criteria The innovations that will be submitted must fill at least one of the following criteria Improvement of composites manufacturing processes and techniques Development of the cleantech and quality approach in all potential applicative markets : aerospace, construction, consumer goods, energy, environment, health, mobility, transportation Innovative projects and startups (including academic spinoffs) from all over the world, including France in priority, are welcome to apply. Agenda of the Startup Booster Startups focus on the first day of JEC World March 14 th 11.00am 1.00pm: Pitch sessions on the Agora Stage inside the show In front of the jury and open to all JEC World participants 1.00 2.30pm: lunch & deliberation Afternoon: B2B meetings 5.00pm 6.00pm: announcement of the winners of the program in presence of the startups, jury, sponsors, partners and journalists 8.00pm midnight: VIP evening at Musée de l Homme
