Emergency Vehicle Operators Course - $130 Highlands Public Safety Building TBA This 16-hour course instructs participants on how to properly operate an emergency vehicle, specifically an ambulance. This training meets or exceeds the State of Florida (FAC 64J-1.013) requirements for operation of an emergency vehicle. This course includes both classroom and practical application activities. Successful completion requires passing a written and practical driving examination. Participants must have a valid State of Florida drivers license and be at least 18 years old to participate.
