Exhibit time is unopposed, so you have the undivided attention of each attendee. This year we are celebrating the opening of the exhibit hall again on Sunday at 5:00 pm and with cocktails! The hall will remain open until 7:30 pm that evening and reopen Monday from 9:30 am until 12:30 pm. This change in days will accommodate the many attendees who requested we begin our meeting on Saturday. To help market your attendance at the meeting, upon receipt of your application and payment, we will post a 50-word summary of your company or organization and logo on our website, under the meeting section, describing your products or services. All you have to do is provide the 50-word summary and your logo or picture of your product in an e-mail. This allows easy transfer of the verbiage to our webmaster. This is not a link to your company website. This information will be posted until the end of the meeting, so reserve your booth early and take advantage of this additional exposure to everyone who visits our website. FAND will, once again, hold a drawing for a complimentary booth for the 2019 meeting for any vendor participating in this year s show. Just drop off your business card at the Vendor Registration Area on Saturday or Sunday to register to win.
