Critical Note Please note that this webinar is intended for potential applicants for OneCPD and Core Curricula. OneCPD and Core Curricula funds are available for technical assistance and not for program activities. 6

Overview The new Transformation Initiative at HUD emphasizes a place-based approach to the delivery of technical and capacity building assistance to entities that receive or use CDBG, HOME (including CHDO), homeless assistance or HOPWA funding. OneCPD will be operated as a single cross-program, assessment-based, and outcome focused TA delivery system, similar to NSP. All work must be carried out under model Memoranda of Agreement assigning responsibilities for the overall engagement to the parties (HUD, the TA provider(s) and the grantee) and specifying the expected outcomes. 7
