Collaborated with professionals as part of the Nampa Family Justice Center, Idaho Health and Welfare Child and Family Staff. Developed opportunities for under graduate nursing students may complete a clinical experience in the multidisciplinary clinic. 2014- present Co-developed an independent fellowship emersion experience caring for vulnerable children exposed to abuse, neglect and domestic violence for an undergraduate nursing student. The program is funded by a recurring scholarship funded by the James family. 2009 2014 St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center (SARMC). Program consultant and advanced practice nurse (APRN). Credentialed through hospital system to bill for services. Provided health care for infants and toddlers of community refugee families and coordinated undergraduate nursing student clinical learning opportunities at the CARE Clinic.
