Introduction The patient survey was issued during vember and responses were collected and analyzed. This survey was distributed during normal surgery hours, during the annual flu clinic and posted to the online company Survey Monkey. We would like to thank all those patients who completed the survey. The surgery will endeavour to raise awareness of the website and all the benefits of online services. This will be discussed at the next PPG meeting.
