These run for 12 months, 1 days a week and are fully government funded for all ages, until August 2013 when there will be funding changes for those aged over 24. You will need to be employed by a salon or spa for a minimum of 30hrs a week. This allows you to gain industry experience whilst you train. Our team of Employer Engagement Specialists will work with learners to find them employment in a salon or spa that suits their needs.

It is recognised by The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) at level 2 and widely respected by employers throughout the industry in the UK and abroad. As Reynolds Apprenticeship Courses are government funded, learners are required to meet basic entry criteria. The framework of the qualifications includes tutorial for Level 2 and 3 curriculum, a certificate in Industry Organisation Awareness, Appointed Persons First Aid Certificate, Key skills and work based learning.

There are many career areas that Work Ready Extra can help with, from plumbing to childcare and marketing to warehousing. Being work-ready is all about having the right skills, knowledge and attitude. The Work Ready Extra programme gives learners the opportunity to gain employer recognised qualifications and practical experience to put on their CV. The programme includes a work placement lasting for a minimum of 12 weeks within the learners chosen career sector. This provides an invaluable insight into the reality of working life and helps learners make an informed decision about future choices. At the end of the programme progression opportunities include employment with training or an apprenticeship (often with the employer where the work placement has been held) or into further education or training.

A challenging, structured programme for Teams of between 12 to 15 young people 2. It begins with team-building activities, including a week at a residential activity centre 3. Our instructors are passionate about inspiring young people to succeed and maximise their life chances. Through a combination of on and off-site provision and a range of challenging, practical activities our inspiring role models will help prepare the students for the key transition into the world of work. The Your Futures programme will focus on developing teamwork, problem-solving and leadership skills and building up confidence, resilience and initiative by engaging young people in practical, purposeful tasks. A reflective approach to individual and team success will ensure that participants gain a greater insight into their own skills and qualities and are able to take the next steps into their chosen career. Young people will learn a range of Employability skills. They will experience adventurous activities, an expedition, a Community Challenge and a range of supervised placements. They will achieve a First Aid Award and a Navigation Award. All of these elements will contribute to the creation of a detailed CV which the young people can use in the next stage of their career progression.

7. Concept Training The Impact Programme Name of programme: Impact (South East) Locations: Dartford and Gravesham Referral method: Self-referral or professional referral A specially designed course to obtain the highest possible level of fitness for anyone wishing to join any of the Armed Forces. Perhaps you are looking to lose weight and get in shape using the best training available? The IMPACT South East Training Course gets you prepared for all the above and more over a span of 13 weeks. The course is delivered primarily in Ashford by folks with a military background. We also have assistance and facilities generously donated by the people at Sir John Moore Barracks, Folkestone. Travel Support in some cases with travel costs. The course is more than just physical fitness. In the 13 weeks you will be prepared for all areas of entering the military or uniformed services.
