(Property & Supplies/ Use of Facilities) Recommend authorizing Little Life Enrichment Center with Clark Agapakis as representative, to use the cafeteria at Conewago Valley Intermediate School for a preschool graduation, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, on May 25, 2017, with charges outlined in Board Policy #707, and with the provision of proof of insurance as per Board Policy and for any services of custodians, security, cooks, and/or technical personnel as needed. VIBE PERFORMING ARTS - approximate charges - 3 classrooms @ $40/hour = $1440, custodial charges @ $35/hour as needed, sound, lighting, and tech charges @ $30/hour = $570, District auditorium rental charge @ $105/hour = $2625. Total approximate charges = $4635 LITTLE LIFE ENRICHMENT CENTER - approximate charges - cafeteria rental @ $75/hour, custodial charges @$35/hour.
