APOSTOLIC LEGEND AWARD For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister. Hebrews 6:10 This award goes to a person that has inspired many through their leadership and life. This individual has become an icon for true Apostolic Leadership an example for generations to come.

APOSTOLIC LEGEND AWARD Apostolic Legend Award Defined The decision to who receives this award will be based on four factors: Record of Leadership This is based on information gained from references and that which is in writing, in reference to the candidates leadership. Length of Time in Apostolic Leadership The candidate for this award must have served C.O.O.J.C. or their particular Apostolic reformation for at least years. Doctrinal Standard The candidate must be Apostolic and has displayed, over the years a love and understanding of the Apostolic Faith and has shown the ability to articulate a commitment not only to performing acts of service, in leadership, but to living a service focused life. Personal character Leaders with good Christian character achieve results that transcend everyday organizational imperatives and outcomes. The candidate for this award would be one who has shown Godly character.

MANTLE AWARD MANTLE AWARD DEFINED This award recognizes 20 individuals who have worked/are working diligently with youth in a leadership capacity, equipping them with the necessities needed to lead and serve in the future. Nominations or recommendations would be accepted from regional apostles. Nominees must meet the following criteria: STANDARD Must be of the Apostolic Faith, Holy Ghost filled, and an active member of COOLJC church. Proof of membership would come from pastoral verification. Has displayed consistency within the organization by being an active member of a local COOLJC church for over years. LONGEVITY Must have at least years of service in either a diocesan, regional or national office. LEADERSHIP Has actively contributed to their local, state, and/or national assembly. Has displayed leadership skills in his or her office on a local, state, regional, or national level. Works with youth and supports the progression of their youth. Currently working/has worked in a leadership capacity on a diocesan, regional, or national level and their work has resulted in a positive and progressive change within the young people.

AWARD VIDEO ACCOMPANIMENT DETERMINE EACH PORTION OF THE 2-MINUTE VIDEO A 30-second intro with individual photo of award winner with instrumental music (COOLJC artists or general instrumentals from video building software) A 1-minute history recap of what makes the person eligible for the award (2-3 solid points that make them a legend) A 30-second outro with a snippet/voiceover of a message/speaking engagement of award winner with a possible picture slideshow. Centennial Museum Project Commissioned by Apostle Robert L. Sanders, Centennial Chairman Committee: Dr. Celeste Ashe Johnson Deacon Alexander Stewart, Consultant Dr. Robert C. Spellman, Historian Museum will be housed in an individual room instead of a traffic area It will be representative of the Founder, the Chief Apostle, Presider Spencer through life size figures There will be life size standups of the current Board of Apostles and past apostles There will be a section representing the international auxiliaries A Section on outstanding women of COOLJC Key photos and artifacts throughout the museum representing various stages in the life of COOLJC Exploring loans from other organizations that have COOLJC artifacts A schedule of small talks throughout the Convocation in the museum from church and diocese historians in COOLJC Invitation to special guests to speak in the museum, such as Judith Casselberry, author of the Labor of Faith (examination of material and spiritual labor of COOLJC women based in Harlem) Periods scheduled for Great Preachers, CD s from Apostolic Preachers Sermons scheduled by Founder Sermons scheduled by Chief Apostle

Centennial Sponsorship Committee Pastor Mark Parrott, Sr. Locate sources in-outside COOLJC to help of set reasonable expenses. Forecast revenue by promoting and marketing the Journal. (see chart1) Organize and compile an official Journal to celebrate 100 years of ministry. Place proper metric to safe guard that all solicitations and sponsors are not duplicated and they are Acknowledged. Assemble working Cadre of Committee members, who are focus on maximizing their skills.
