NewsLeak September 2015 Volume 139 Quality Statement Water Management is committed to maintaining high customer satisfaction with its innovative water efficiency programs. Tennessee Office Moves to New Location After much looking, the Nashville office has found a new office space and is in the process of moving our office and warehouse into one location. This is great news, but also means a lot of work! The TN crew, along with James Palmer have been working diligently in the warehouse returning product to vendors, sending excess items to the VA office, and donating or selling items that are obsolete to Water Management. Tari is doing a great job of organizing the move and coordinating the painting and cleaning of the new office space. Goodbye Clinton Street We will propose products and services that are fit for use and that will set the standard for quality and value in water efficiency. Water Management s Virginia office had their annual employee picnic this month and the company celebrated their 35 th year in business. It was a beautiful day, the food was good and plentiful and everyone had a fun time. It s hard to believe 35 years have passed since the company was first formed. Water Management now has 50+ employees, thriving offices in Nashville and Ft. Worth, and completes water conservation projects throughout the United States and around the world. Our team of water experts, many of whom have been with us since the early days, have a wealth of experience and knowledge in solving water problems, and have expertise in reducing water consumption for our clients. We continue to focus on quality, and with constant testing and review of products in our industry, we use the best fixtures available. To verify that our products and services are successful, Water Management has developed computer models to analyze water usage and to calculate the savings specific to each customer.
NewsLeak, September 2015, Pg 5 Recognized at the picnic were four employees who have been with the company for 10 (Bruce Jacobeen), 15 (Reggie Williams), 20 (Ward Corbin), and 30 (Tony Cimini) years.

NewsLeak, September 2015, Pg 7 Laudato Si On Care for Our Common Home This photo was taken by one of our Newsleak Reporters during the Pope s recent visit to Washington. The Pope gave us much to think about and ponder. In coming months we will feature some of the Pope s comments that ring true not just for ourselves but also for businesses. In the Pope s comments while addressing Congress, he mentioned the great benefit of Capitalism and that was in the creation of jobs. The Pope also said, if you want to be a good shepherd you need to smell like the sheep. Or as interpreted by Water Management: If you want to be a good manager you need to roll up your sleeves and work alongside of your staff. On Care for Our Common Home (Laudato Si') is the new appeal from Pope Francis addressed to "every person living on this planet" for an inclusive dialogue about how we are shaping the future of our planet. Pope Francis calls the Church and the world to acknowledge the urgency of our environmental challenges and to join him in embarking on a new path.
