NewsLeak September 2015 Volume 139 Quality Statement Water Management is committed to maintaining high customer satisfaction with its innovative water efficiency programs. Tennessee Office Moves to New Location After much looking, the Nashville office has found a new office space and is in the process of moving our office and warehouse into one location. This is great news, but also means a lot of work! The TN crew, along with James Palmer have been working diligently in the warehouse returning product to vendors, sending excess items to the VA office, and donating or selling items that are obsolete to Water Management. Tari is doing a great job of organizing the move and coordinating the painting and cleaning of the new office space. Goodbye Clinton Street We will propose products and services that are fit for use and that will set the standard for quality and value in water efficiency. We strive to be world class in every aspect of water efficiency by fostering a culture of honesty, openness, mutual respect and teamwork. Hello Premier Court Water Management understands the necessity of continual improvement (both as a company and as individuals) to keep us at the forefront of water conservation and to exceed customer expectations.

NewsLeak, September 2015, Pg 2 Tennessee Office Moves to New Location (continued) There are many reasons we are making the move, one of the most important reasons is because our new office will be so much closer for everyone (except for Mickey). This means the Nashville team will have more time with their friends and families and even more time to work. Look at the map below, for a perspective. Our old office was at 1310 Clinton Street, our new office is located at 320 Premier Court. 320 Premier Court

Unfortunately they won t have any time to enjoy themselves though

NewsLeak, September 2015, Pg 4 Hospitality News (continued) Mike and Danny left for Anchorage, Alaska at the end of September and will be there for a few weeks working at three hotels located close to the downtown area. Luckily the hotel has a fireplace so the guys can get warmed up after work as they try and adjust to the colder temperatures and occasional snow. Water Management Celebrates 35 Years! Water Management s Virginia office had their annual employee picnic this month and the company celebrated their 35 th year in business. It was a beautiful day, the food was good and plentiful and everyone had a fun time. It s hard to believe 35 years have passed since the company was first formed. Water Management now has 50+ employees, thriving offices in Nashville and Ft. Worth, and completes water conservation projects throughout the United States and around the world. Our team of water experts, many of whom have been with us since the early days, have a wealth of experience and knowledge in solving water problems, and have expertise in reducing water consumption for our clients. We continue to focus on quality, and with constant testing and review of products in our industry, we use the best fixtures available. To verify that our products and services are successful, Water Management has developed computer models to analyze water usage and to calculate the savings specific to each customer.

NewsLeak, September 2015, Pg 5 Recognized at the picnic were four employees who have been with the company for 10 (Bruce Jacobeen), 15 (Reggie Williams), 20 (Ward Corbin), and 30 (Tony Cimini) years.

NewsLeak, September 2015, Pg 6 Water professionals from around the globe will meet in Las Vegas to share their expertise and experiences in urban water efficiency at the annual WaterSmart Innovations Conference and Exposition October 7-9. At WaterSmart Innovations, attendees have an opportunity to hear perspectives from speakers from around the globe and across the country, each willing to share their fresh, unique points of view based on their first-hand experiences in water efficient programs, policies and practices. Last year, this conference drew more than 900 professionals from 36 states and the District of Columbia, as well as Brazil, Canada, Egypt, France, Japan, Mexico, The Netherlands, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. This year, Russ will be making a presentation to the group. Good luck Russ! Who Says Our Showerheads Don t Last! This is a picture of one of Water Management s showerheads that was installed at a beach resort 12 years ago. Through winters and nor easters, you can still switch it to the massage setting. HR Corner Effective November 1, our dental rates will increase by 7%. Our dental plan is still a good value, at $12 per month for single, and $30 per month for family. Ameritas also includes a vision reimbursement benefit with their dental plan. For more information about our dental and vision benefits, check with Jeanna or Yvonne.

NewsLeak, September 2015, Pg 7 Laudato Si On Care for Our Common Home This photo was taken by one of our Newsleak Reporters during the Pope s recent visit to Washington. The Pope gave us much to think about and ponder. In coming months we will feature some of the Pope s comments that ring true not just for ourselves but also for businesses. In the Pope s comments while addressing Congress, he mentioned the great benefit of Capitalism and that was in the creation of jobs. The Pope also said, if you want to be a good shepherd you need to smell like the sheep. Or as interpreted by Water Management: If you want to be a good manager you need to roll up your sleeves and work alongside of your staff. On Care for Our Common Home (Laudato Si') is the new appeal from Pope Francis addressed to "every person living on this planet" for an inclusive dialogue about how we are shaping the future of our planet. Pope Francis calls the Church and the world to acknowledge the urgency of our environmental challenges and to join him in embarking on a new path.
