LAKE-SUMTER CHAPTER OF THE 2014 Page 1 edited by Frank Nolte President's Message "We have now installed our new slate of Officers including a new Treasurer. After many years of duty in the position of Treasurer, Glenn Langston retired from that role to focus on his other many duties for the Chapter. Thanks, Glenn for a job very well done! David Bussone has stepped up to the plate and was elected to the Treasure position. With help from many members, David has put together a budget and expenses tracking method for us and all members who attend the next meeting will get a copy of the appropriate documents. We will make additional copies available via email at a later date. Thanks, David. I have been busy working on our Chapter's website and have added a new field to contain your Biographical information. Please take the time to update your page with your biography so we can all know each other better. We are more then just a group of guys who get together once a month. Among other things we are a family of friends. Our BIOS will help to strengthen that bond. Additionally if your picture is not in the website, please send me a picture or ask Frank Nolte to take one of you. I want all of us to show our grins on the site. Other then Chapter business, I have been busy on Regional business in my role as Regional VP for the North Central Region. This week I installed officers in Withlacoochee Chapter and visited the Ocala Chapter at their monthly meeting. Our next meeting is our last before our annual Summer hiatus. Hope to you all there. Scott"
