With a population of 17,000, the borough celebrates its rich heritage in diversity through many school and community activities. Our School Lindenwold High School opened its doors on September 10, 2001. Our current school population is approximately 575 students, with 80% participating in athletics and other extracurricular activities. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and an award-winning fine arts program. We also house a fully functioning television studio that provides constant programming to the Lindenwold community through a local cable channel. Our average class size is 18. Our Academic Program The curriculum offers college preparatory, independent study, and honors courses in all subject areas. Lindenwold High School also offers dual-credit courses in conjunction with Camden County College, and a self-directed, honors level Senior Project program. Lindenwold s Freshman Programs have earned Lindenwold High School the honor of being called a Model School by the Successful Practices Network, and acclimation by the New Jersey Department of Education. Lindenwold has a successful freshman seminar program that helps our students adjust to high school life while preparing them for successful futures of college and career. Seniors can apply to take Senior Seminar Honors to assist our freshman in this seminar course and serve as senior mentors. Our district also offers a model ELL/Bilingual program. There are a variety of Fine Arts courses including Art, Ceramics, and Art 2D/3D studio. The high school also offers a progressive 4-year Theater Arts and Video Production programs which culminate with an honors level course for our most talented and dedicated students. Technology is infused across all academic areas. Additionally, a variety of courses in Computer Graphics, Web Page Design, Video Imaging and Video Production are offered to all interested students. Students may also enroll in a variety of business technology courses that assist in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data and information. If a student is interested in a certain area and wants to further pursue it, they may choose to take an independent study under the supervision of the subject teacher. We also offer electives in the areas of behavior sciences, creative writing, and contemporary issues of America for interested students.

By graduation, each student will acquire an understanding of post-secondary and career options, and the academic knowledge and skills to pursue individual choices. School Counselors will assist students in planning a four-year course of study.
