H2H Case Management Module Integrated Registration & Territory Assignment System automatically routes registered Service Members to a designated Case Manager based on location. Case Manager Dashboard The Case Manager Dashboard provides access to an H2H Service Member s digital profile, resumes, cover letters, and certification documents that have been stored on the platform. Online Case File Management & Messaging Service Members have an online case file that is managed by a designated Case Manager and all email messages between Case Managers and Service Members are stored in a case file history log. Virtual Job, Career & Education Connection The CM module leverages the full, integrated suite of jobs, career, and education tools on the H2H platform. Over 129,000 education programs have been linked to the 975 careers defined on the H2H platform. External Activity Tracking Activities can include job fairs, onsite military unit briefings, and Yellow Ribbon events. Activities, info and metrics are captured in an online activity form with comprehensive reports generated through the H2H.
