Action Item F.2. Consider Appointment of Sarah Kirk, Arizona State Parks Law Enforcement Officer Recommended Motion: I move the Arizona State Parks Board, pursuant to A.R.S. Title 41, Chapter 3, 41-511.09, confer upon Sarah Kirk the full authority and powers of a Peace Officer for the protection of the Parks and Monuments against damage and for the preservation of peace therein contingent upon her successful completion of training at the Southern Arizona Law Enforcement Training Center on May 21, 2015. 3

Action Item F.3. Discuss and Recommend Changes to the OHV/RTP Grant Criteria and Response Forms Recommended Motion: I move the Arizona State Parks Board approve the Grant Rating Criteria for the 2015 motorized and non-motorized Grant Program Criteria per the recommendations of the OHVAG, ASCOT, AORCC and staff. 4

Action Item F.4. Approve the January 2015 Statewide Off-Highway Vehicle Program Motorized Grants Projects Recommended Motion: I move to approve funding for seven Statewide OHV Program motorized grant projects requesting $1,098,581 consistent with the AORCC and OHVAG recommendations and that the remainder of the money be awarded to Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Arizona Strip project, consistent with Off-Highway Vehicle Advisory Group (OHVAG) recommendations. Staff may determine the portion of funding to be allocated for each project from the state Off-Highway Vehicle Recreation Fund and the federal Recreational Trails Program (RTP), and authorize the Executive Director, or her designee, to execute the appropriate agreement. 5

Action Item F.5. Consider Funding the January 2015 Non-Motorized RTP Grant Projects Recommended Motion: I move to approve funding in the amount of $509,780 from the federal Recreational Trails Program (RTP) for the top eight highest scoring projects identified on the attachment, and authorize the Executive Director, or her designee, to execute the appropriate agreements. 6

Action Item F.6. Approve Funding the 2015 RTP Trail Maintenance Program Recommended Motion: I move to approve funding the five trail maintenance projects requesting a total of $150,000. Should funds become available, they will be reallocated to the three remaining projects based on the order recommended by the Arizona Committee on Trails. 7

Action Item F.7. Consider Purchase of State Trust Land at the Yarnell Hill Memorial Site Recommended Motion: I move the Arizona State Parks Board authorize the Executive Director or her designee to purchase 320 acres of Arizona State Trust Land pursuant to A.R.S. 41-519.01(C) (2), as presented in Attachment A and B for the purpose of establishing the Yarnell Hill Memorial. 8
