Our Communication Promise You treat your patients as members of your own family. When you choose a specialist for their oral surgery care, you want them to be treated with the same compassion and care as they receive from you and your team. Our office has adopted a renewed commitment to providing just that type of care for your patients.

Our Promise to o Your Patients Dr. Charles Chilcoat and team promise to treat your patient as the unique individual that they are; not treat them like a tooth. We are committed to providing excellent oral surgery care in an environment that is Compassionate Caring Safe We promise to make your patient's experience with our office a positive reflection of your excellent judgment in making a referral to our office.

Our Promise to Your Patients Your patients will be counseled on appropriate treatment options for their condition Your patients will be counseled on the associated fees and insurance coverage available for their treatment Your patients will be treated as our number one priority from their very first phone call until their last follow up visit We promise to learn and use your patient's name; in our office, patients are NOT a tooth #!

Our Promise to Your Patients We promise to be prepared for your patient's visit, with all necessary communication with you or other treating physicians taking place as necessary. We promise to listen to your patient's concerns and ask them about their needs and desires. We will call your patient after surgery to inquire about their recovery We will follow up with your patient as needed, both in office and via mail. We promise to provide personalized care with genuine concern and compassion.

Our Promise to You Dr. Chilcoat believes in good communication between primary care providers and specialists. Our role is to support your overall plans to maintain and restore your patient's oral health.

Our Promise to You We promise to call you when your patient schedules with our office We will gather all the necessary documentation, treatment requests, available radiographs and insurance information necessary to meet and exceed the needs of your patient.

Our Promise to You Dr. Chilcoat will contact you for your guidance and input in your patient's care as applicable. We will send you an operative report which includes detailed information about the treatment your patient received, as well as an outline of any future plans. Upon completion of your patient's care in our office, we will refer the patient back to you for continuation of care, stressing the importance of regular dental check ups.
